New Leadership Role Success Plan

To ensure a successful transition and to ensure the new leader is productive in their role as quickly as possible, setting a 180-day plan, divided into two 90-day sections, will assist both the Employee and Manager to track progress and identify any challenges that may arise, so these don't inhibit the successful transition of the Employee into their new leadership role.
