Change can be challenging and encouraging the adoption of a new system and process requires consistent messaging, seeking feedback, responding and engagement with the team.
This is why we integrate best practices along with what we have learnt from previous implementations by providing ideas and resources to support user engagement, communication and uptake.
We also include Specialist User/Admin Guides and Video instructions. We currently include this for all implementation clients and it is costed based on time.
Implementation Support Specialists
We build knowledge transfer into our service offering; including regular project meetings, training sessions, and quick reference guides which clients are able to retain and refer to after the project has been concluded.
Clients can choose the amount of control they have over their implementation support, whether that means devolving more to us, or simply meeting with us regularly to go over tricky parts of the implementation.
Maintenance is Key
Our experience with successful implementations and ongoing ROI of systems comes down ensuring continuous improvement, taking action on feedback from users and keeping the system interesting, fresh, relevant and reflective of current processes.
We can assist you to set up an Uptake Plan, that focuses on bringing users into the system on a regular basis, keeping the information fresh and assisting you to maintain your platform so that it is reflective of current processes.
