In accordance with Work, Health and Safety laws a person conducting a business or undertaking  (PCBU) must eliminate psychosocial risks, or if that is not reasonably practicable, minimise them so far as is reasonably practicable.

This course will help people leaders to understand their responsibilities and is designed to be completed by people leaders who have the responsibility of ensuring their team is protected from psychosocial risk within the team and the broader workplace.
