Amanda works with organisations to provide quality training and behavioural profiling to improve teamwork, communication and leadership in the workplace.

She gained her accreditation in DISC behavioural profiling in 2019 and offers detailed reports that outline a person's preferred style, their communication and decision making
style, how they adapt to change, what roles they are suited to, and how to best manage and coach them. She also develops, designs and delivers training for organisations based around DISC behavioural profiling.
