Penelope's experience across multiple systems means she has the special ability of being able to logically work out best processes and convert manual, paper-based systems to streamlined ones on-line supported by the applicable technology.

Penelope's contributions to our team, are in keeping us on track to deliver the agreed milestones for our clients, reporting regularly to clients on progress, and keeping us smiling with her wicked (and sometimes black) wit, humour and sarcasm.

Penelope's expertise is vital as we grow the business, increasing the number of 'plates' we are trying to 'spin' at any given time.
