As Martha's 'other half', Paul provides support by ensuring all the financial matters relating to the business are managed and prioritised. Despite his vested interest, Paul's background as an operational manager in hospitality, theme parks, cinemas and now operating his own business facilitates his ability to allow Martha to focus less on the transactional running of the business, and more on delivering client outcomes. He is also chief cook and bottle-server and Martha would be hungry and thirsty without him!
