International Women’s Day recognises the achievements of women across social, economic, cultural and political spheres, while continuing to advocate for gender equality. It’s a global moment to celebrate progress, raise awareness of the challenges that remain and inspire action toward a more inclusive and equitable future.

This Event brings these aims to life, featuring an empowering keynote presentation from Janine Allis. 

Janine Allis is one of Australia’s most dynamic entrepreneurs. From launching Boost Juice Bars from her kitchen in 2000, she went on to build a global business with more than 850 stores across 13 countries.

As Founder of Retail Zoo, Janine has also grown iconic brands including Salsa’s Fresh Mex Grill and Betty’s Burgers.

Her impact on Australian business has been widely recognised, including Telstra Businesswoman of the Year and being named among the top 15 people to revolutionise business in the past 25 years.

With an expected audience of 300+ business-minded women and men from across the Hunter, the evening promises connection, inspiration and meaningful conversation.
